There are too many bugs in this story that don't stand up to scrutiny, and tim sale's style lifts the story to a level that doesn't belong to him

i'm gonna be honest, i only read the spider-man story. while the dialogue is a little dated, the story is so timeless that it's hard not to feel for peter. genuinely fantastic

mmmmmm..... Tyrannus is not the worst villain and he's kinda important marvel character, but is he a good enemy for the Hulk? Is it the villain you want to see in the Hulk mag? I doubt that...

And that story really was so-so. Too weird and lame... Also I missed the part, where Hulk again had Hulk's personality...

But at least Betty figured out the connection between Rick and Bruce/Hulk. At least she tried to think about it.

Huh, Hulk was bathed in more radiation (now cosmic) and got new powers... Now he can be Hulk even in daylight (wow, character development instead of retcon) and also he can jump high. He also even greener now.

However, that "Rick controls Hulk" thing was bad, stupid and awful... And how Rick could replace the ramrod? Okay, how they even made it originally? An underwhelming end, as it usually happens when two-parters in these early 60s comics.

Sandman was a pussy in these days... Captured by two cops with their bare hands... So stupid and lame...

This issue feels more like a Daredevil advertisement mixed with filler. I know the annual had just come out and a lot of work went into that, but this is such an inconsequential issue. Yeah, Spidey teams up with Daredevil for the first time, but nothing much is done with it. The Ringmaster is a really boring villain.
