Let's not mince words. Todd's a loser. He has no job, no prospects, and almost no drive. With his wife ready to take the children and go, Todd buys the family their dream home.  Todd takes a chance on a house that needs much more upkeep than a few coats of paint and new carpet.  And little does Todd know, in the attic resides a terrifying and deadly spirit who does not do well with cohabitation.  But while this frightening specter may have murderous tendencies, she might just be what Todd needs to turn his life around.
Forgetting Sarah Marshall meets the Grudge, you know you're in for a hell of a ride! From more

The Fandom Post - Richard Gutierrez

Possessive is an interesting diversion from the classic haunted house story, with a protagonist who is immediately relatable due to common problems which any person may encounter due to a length marriage, only to be answered by an atypical solution which only leads to compounded difficulties. But as we attempt to sympathize with this sincere man who cannot see past his alcohol clouded delusions, even with enthralling colors and amiable illustrations, it is the visual inconsistencies of these portrayals which break the overall flow of the story, leading to uncomfortable pauses at the most inopportune times. POSSESSIVE #1 is the story of a sad, pathetic, lonely man whose life is about to get better or much, much worse. The art is good enough to serve the story and the pacing is very good, but the tone is hard to get a handle on. That said, there are enough curious things happening to justify checking out the next issue. Read Full Review

    BGCP - Michael Lennox

It's a bizarre book with Todd haveing almost, scratch that, no redeemable characteristics. He's obsessive, egotistocal and delusional and so needy that even the spirit can't be bothered to kill him. It's dark, weird and hilarious. This now makes the ghost the main protagonist which is an interesting switch. Read Full Review

It hits hard. This is without a doubt Zenescope's darkest title yet. The attempt at comedic masks the dark nature of what's actually happening. Read Full Review
