  Chapter 7 - 7.5. It was... fun? At least I laughed. Chapter 8 - 8.5. This one is very creepy. I mean, it gave me the creeps. Chapter 9 - 8.5. The sky reminded me of Van Gogh too. Maybe the plot is not so thoughtful (everyone dies, but the main characters always miraculously escape). But it's still pretty cool Chapter 10 - 9. The scariest chapter yet. But again deus ex machina Chapter 11 - 9. The creepiest chapter yet. Chapter 12 - 9. It's funny that Shuichi is the only one who understands what's going on. And again something like deus ex machina 8.58 -> 8.5

  For me this volume is rather worse, than the previous one. Some of the stories were too weird for me or made almost no sense at all, but at the same time there's still an awesome art and creepy stories are really creepy. There's too many "zombies", but they are cool. I just don't get it what was the point of these stories. For example, the first story. For me it's more like 7.5. The idea is cool, but the part after that guy died felt forced and quite unnecessary... However, that was scary enough. The second one was even weirder, but kinda funny at the same time. And even if the message wasn't that clear, I think I got it. The snail transformation was very spectacular as well. 8/10 Nah, really, what was the message? The moral of th at story? Like, not be a bully or you'll become the one you bullied? You will share the destiny of that guy? Or was it more simple? Like not touch something odd? However, can't really complain about this story. The Lighthouse chapter, on the other hand, was pretty cool. The "Van Gogh's Starry Night"-like sky was great and the story itself as well. It may be strange again and I really don't understand why Kirie didn't die there at least of a fall. But the consequences of that fall will affect the next two chapters, so okay. The story still deserves at least 9. The "infinite" spiral ladder felt mysterious as hell. So... The mosquitoes and babies chapters were connected and I personally think they are not the best of this book. I mean, yeah, mosquitoes are barely 8, which is high enough of course, but it doesn't make the story less nonsensical. However, I kinda liked how mosquitoes made pregnant women copy their way of containing fetuses. And the story was really scary. I think it was the most tough situation for Kirie so far. I just think she could get out of it not that easy. But the next story is 7 for me. It's just too weird and another infirmary chapter felt kinda odd. The ending was also too lazy and ragged as well. I think this could be much better and deeper. And the hurricane story is 9 again. That's cool for many reasons. First of all, it's really pretty obvious too use hurricane in manga, especially when it comes to spirals and weird devastating stuff. Plus the feeling of this all-seeing eye that wants our heroine is really something. However, the story had a lazy resolvement again. There was just no real damage for Kirie even when the hurricane finally got her. I thought it would be if not her death (which was obviously impossible), then at least a portal to something or a dream (that's a lazy cliche, but it still works). But yeah, it's still a great reading and I'm still entertained and looking for the grand finale. more
