Much as the first Ultimate Spider-Man story arc took several issues to build to Uncle Ben's inevitable death, X-O Manowar has been taking its sweet time to arrive at the reunion between Aric and his alien suit. This issue slows things down which is understandable. It does feel like it's slowed down too much. It could have been a little faster paced, just a little bit. The end of one arc that sets up for an even bigger arc... Matt Kindt is KING, Braithwaite's art is incredible, and this is going to be my favorite book for as long as Valiant keeps their top talent on it.
