May 29, 2018Despite being six issues into a run and billed as a tie-in to Valiant's big summer event, this issue of Quantum and Woody! stands well on its own as a simple but surprisingly emotional tale of self-sacrifice and heroism. Read Full Review

May 30, 2018Moving away from the trip down memory lane, I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed this comic. Rahal comes out of the gate swinging, Francis Portella, Andrew Dalhouse and Dave Sharpe produce a wonderful visual experience, and Valiant once again have a brilliant comic on the racks. That the comic is also an ideal jumping on point for new readers is also a bonus. May 31, 2018Quantum + Woody #6 is a great read, showing how this book can handle a more serious tone. While it doesnt have the humor of prior issues, its nice to be reminded that your superhero comedy duo is indeed human. Plus, as an implicit tie-in to Harbinger Wars II, it shows the weight of whats going down while the gods fight. This one definitely earns a recommendation. Give it a read. Read Full Review

Jun 01, 2018Again, I didn't hate this issue. I honestly didn't. I liked what was presented, even though it wasn't what I was expecting or wanting. I do not doubt that Eliot Rahal and crew can bring the funny back to the table in future installments. At least, I hope they can. On the plus, we were left with a pretty big cliffhanger at the end, so there's at least to go on. Read Full Review
