Now that the dust is settling, Kitty dismantles the Blue team's standing with Magneto. "Mojo Worldwide" might not have been a masterpiece, but both Blue and Gold are going to be stronger books coming out of it. It's exciting to be an X-Men fan again. Read Full Review

A good ending to a fun storyline. I thought the way Mojo was defeated was a little easy but really liked the last few pages teaser for storylines to come. The X-books are a lot of fun right now!

After a pretty good start I started to lose interest in this crossover. I did not have a lot of expectations for the closing chapters and I think that helped me. This final chapter is used to open up what the time displaced X-Men have been up to since leaving Kitty and the school to the other team. Those moments of Rachel and Kitty's reactions to the students being led by Magneto was satisfying. Viewing the various members of the different teams working together as X-Men and the interactions resembled the Claremont era X-Men I remembered more than any of the nostalgia grabs they have been going for to this point. The story still had its flaws without a doubt. The stakes were very low. No one had big moments. Except for the reveal of Magneto being alive and his working with the misfit X-Men (including BloodStorm and Not-Wolverine Jimmy Hudson Jr.) there is little taking the books forward. Still, there was some fun and it was good to see Mojo more menacing. The somewhat twist at the end made me wonder if they really have a plan going forward, or if it was an attempt to leave a door open just in case. I am inclined to believe the latter. The thing that impressed me most was the art. While the character designs and expression where terrific, I think the colors really made them excel. Mojo's sickly colors made him look disgusting. The not so thrilling designs of Cyclops and Jean actually stood out. It is a pretty solid issue in a middle of the road story arc. more

Mojo is just not that interesting at all. If the art wasn't fantastic, this arc would have caused me to drop it. Molina needs to be on a top tier book NOW!

Just when he starts looking ever so slightly like a credible threat, Mojo gets spanked by a deus ex Magneto. Magsy has to surrender his anonymity to save the day, and he has a few not-too-consequential words with Kitty Pryde afterward. Plus Mojo gets sent down to the sewers to wait for a potential rematch - cute, but it severely undercuts the already fragile conclusion. This arc would have been a nice 2-3 issue story in Blue; turning it into a 6-issue crossover made it as grotesquely bloated as its villain. Jorge Molina's art and Matt Milla's colors lend the finale some great visual pizazz. Mr. Molina has a clear crush on Teen Jean. It works out in the reader's favor here and makes you wonder why Jean's solo had to get set on the artist carousel instead of getting turned over full-time to Mr. Molina. more
