For anyone groaning at the resurgent '90s trends, this is a great example of how there is something of value in every era of comics. Graphic Policy - Brett
Apr 10, 2019The issue is a nice break with an interesting perspective and delivers some answers and a clearer idea as to what has been going on. It also creates some depth to a villain who has been gone for too long and has potential to become a great again.
