(Cover Date: April, 1988) Summary: Phantom Rider & Texas Twister "summon" Arkon, who has come to destroy Wonder Man for dishonoring him in a movie. Wonder Man fights against Arkon at the compound. Mockingbird is confronted by Phantom Rider, who has the spirit of his 1800's predecessor. Arkon leaves after Wonder Man gains the upper hand & convinces him to give up the fight. Mockingbird is unable to fight the Phantom Rider due to his ghostly powers. He leaves her hanging on a ledge but decides not to kill her for now.
