The miniseries likely won't have the same legacy as its iconic predecessor but it's unquestionably fun. Sometimes that's enough. Read Full Review

This was a good ending. Non-stop action, though I'm not sure how Eddie was running through the snow basically naked. Then he's holding onto a plane with frigid winds whipping at him. I did like how he got the symbiote back, but Doom's reaction felt out of character. He would still fight back before calling a draw, but he just flew away probably due to page count. LOL.

I don't think anybody, even the author, enjoyed this simplistic resolution half as much as the artist did. They fill every panel with insanely over-the-top action, striving to imbue the story with an epic-ness that it doesn't really deserve.

This ending really shows the limitations of telling stories set in the past. Obviously can't have anything too consequential happen. Im usually a sucker for David Michelinie and all these flashback limited series but this was underwhelming
