Great issue! One of the best conclusion/transition issues I've read. Wade's cracks are on point as well. Though I will say the best part of this entire ish is Dr. Voodoo all GQ'd up.

Let's face it. This series started off on a very very bad foot. But has ended up one of the better Avenger titles out there. The whole cast seemed to weaved into one another's story that Duggan should be commend on it. The art of Larraz and Curiel is just the right fit for this book and I can't wait to seem them take on the Secret Emprire.

Wonder Man is back for real and Deadpool spent all his money, whoops. Synapse brings Cable back too and he time-travels out. Almost like he knows something terrible's coming! It's a half-farewell as Gerry Duggan artfully cuts Deadpool out of the team ahead of Secret Empire. His romance with Rogue is left at an open question mark. Some more focus for Synapse and Cable turns out surprisingly well, giving them closure and providing the issue with some real heart. Pepe Larraz's art helps a great deal to close this era of UA on a high note.

They crossed T's and dotted I's in regards to Cable, Wondy, and the team status all in prep fo Secret Empire - and did it with fine artistic efforts. And left the door open for readers to respond to hints of a Rogue/Deadpool thang as a possibility.

I've been so-so on this run, but this book ties it all up nicely. Looking forward to seeing what Jim Zub does with it.

A very good issue which I enjoyed, more than anything else, for tying up the loose ends floating around this series since UNCANNY AVENGERS existed as a title (since Remender wrote the book). The Cable/Synapse storyline could have taken up a little less space but, at least, it made Synapse somewhat interesting to read for the first time since her debut. SCORE: 7.5
