It continues to explore Thor's own anxieties about being king and the many strained relationships in his life, but all of this is expressed in lingering, vague strings of dialogue attached to thematically insignificant action sequences. This was a really well-done conclusion to this storyline. What really boosts this book for me is the conversation between Thor and Freyja. The rest of the character work was well-done, also, but this was just a raw and emotional moment between a mother and her son. Bandini's art makes Cates' excellent writing even better, as she's able to capture the emotions of these characters in great fashion. Outstanding stuff here as we move on to the next arc.

I felt a bit confused with information I didn't actually knew, since I only picked up Cates' Thor and know little of what happened before, and besides from the Freyja-Thor final conversation, it was a little unconsequential. Bandini's art still cool tho.

The giant cat with gatling guns is badass, I think that goes without saying. Thor probably should have seen the ending coming, I can think of a lot more secure places to leave the Mjolnir lying around, lol.

I don't know if this issue was meant to make us like Freyja, hate Odin or remind us that Angela from Spawn is a Thor character now, either way, not a lot happened.

The only thing which I liked about the book was interaction between Freyja and Thor. It reminded me of Lord Krishna story.

Eu não compreendo como a Marvel pode achar isso um bom caminho para o Thor. A cada edição de Thor, e isso já faz uns 7 anos, eu fico com a impressão que era melhor ele nunca ter voltado depois da Queda.

No! No to all of this shit from Cates. No to how annoying he made Angela here, no to the new Freyja, no to the "how cruel Thor is as a king" when he's been far more decent than Odin, no to all of it. Double-no for taking Aaron's "Phoenix is Thor's mother" shit seriously. Just no all around. I have less and less faith in the guy, he doesn't seem to care about this book at all.
