Sep 28, 2017MIGHTY THOR #23 turns an epic battle between Thors into a timely message about war. Jason Aaron crafts his usual brand of mythic storytelling, while Valerio Schiti and Rain Beredo follow along with beautiful artwork. Read Full Review

Sep 29, 2017Bottom Line: Jason Aaron might have outdone himself. The Mighty Thor might have surpassed his own God of Thunder series as the best Thor book in the past ten years (Yes, I'm including the JMS run… fight me). This issue definitely proves why Jane deserves to hold the hammer and why we won't fully appreciate her tenure as Thor until we don't have her anymore. Read Full Review

Sep 28, 2017Emotionally, this issue makes for a satisfying read, as Aaron digs even deeper to the theme of worthiness and shows how Jane's compassion intersects with Volstagg's boundless rage. But from a plot standpoint, it's hard to say what lasting impact this conflict is meant to have on the larger narrative. Read Full Review

Oct 21, 2017If you dont love Jane Foster as Thor by now, you will after this. Seeing her at one point with TWO hammers made me squeal. But its her compassion and dedication to protecting her friends and innocents that makes me love her. She knows she is dying of Cancer but that thought is what is making her stronger (at one point she even screams it) when fighting. The small prelude to Malekeiths plans of destruction is making me impatient. He has been planning something since day 1 and Im just ready to see it! Read Full Review
