Newsarama - Matthew Sibley
Sep 27, 2019The smartest thing that Tini Howard has done with this miniseries is dial in on how the Mad Titan's abuse and attempts at indoctrination on Gamora lead to a mental obstacle she's battling with to this day " in fact, the ongoing conflict with Magus manages to feel secondary to that, but it's a welcome kind of character work that the last couple years of Guardians stories involving Gamora haven't had the time to dig into due to their scale. Weird Science Marvel Comics - Dispatchdcu
Sep 25, 2019This issue felt confusing and ultimately was nothing that this reviewer anticipated. Instead of a Thanos story or even a story about Gamora, it turned into a tale about bad parenting, unresolved issues, and forced plot threads to wrap up the issue that didnt make sense with the anecdote to date. Finally, this entire series felt like it didnt know what direction it was going to take until the last 5 pages, which were forced, complicated, and extremely disappointing to any person who grew up in a broken home or with a parent that didn't seem to care. If you've been buying the issue to date, grab it to complete your story. Otherwise, just pass on it this week. Read Full Review

Thanos 6 is possibly the best issue of the series as Tini Howard gives her best writing effort yet. The dialogue was absolutely fantastic and this issue worked as a perfect ending but also a perfect beginning. The plot twist that Magus was Death the whole time was great. My only complaint is Ariel Olivetti's mediocre artwork this issue
