Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters #2 is just as good as Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters #1. The story, artwork, and cover all make this issue well worth the price of admission. If you are currently reading this series you must pick this up and continue – you wont be disappointed. If you are a new reader, you can easily read this series without getting all the tie-in issues from the other Star Wars monthly titles. My recommendation – go pick up issues #1 & #2 and enjoy the ride!  Read Full Review

This issue is filled with detailed drawings that come alive on the page. The palette is inspired by watercolors and creates the perfect tone for the story being told. Each page is interesting. And many of the panels have eye-catching backgrounds. Overall, I found the artwork to be engaging and transportive. Read Full Review

Blending together humor with adventure, the stakes might not be as high as saving the entire galaxy from the tyranny of the Galactic Empire, instead letting supporting characters shine, all while offering interesting context to how Han Solo would end up in possession of Jabba the Hutt. I would recommend this one even if you are just a casual Star Wars fan as it has a lot that makes it stand out and even some mentions of minor characters like Bossk that you usually dont see. Read Full Review

Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters #2 is a good setup issue that features a ton of familiar faces all rendered expertly. The issue suffers a bit as it's more about building up tension and establishing the scene, but it certainly promises for an explosive third issue. Read Full Review

Like much of the recent Star Wars output, War of the Bounty Hunters #2 is a solidly entertaining but very busy comic that mixes intriguing character mingling with big appearances, nearly overstuffing its page length. Read Full Review

It's a good issue, but I feel hesitant in passing judgment on it until we see the rest of the series. Read Full Review

I'm enjoying the big picture storyline but this repetitive aspect with the two issues out this week is incredibly frustrating and left a bad taste in my mouth. It has its moments and I'm amused by some of Soule's characterization of Fett that doesn't make him the ultra badass of the galaxy, but I spent too much of this seeing the same dialogue and scenes from a different book I had just finished to really enjoy it.
