Feb 16, 2026Star Wars: Jar Jar #1 feels like it was very cathartic for Best as at times it feels as though he is talking to himself as Beq talks to Jar Jar throughout and leaves the door open for further adventures between the two. Read Full Review

Feb 11, 2026Back when Star Wars Episode I was released, I was a big fan of one particular character, Jar Jar Binks. Now seeing him get his first stand-alone comic book brings a warm smile to my face. This is a Star Wars story. By that I mean that it has all the factors that play into the mold of Star Wars. You have the galaxy, politics, jedi, bounty hunters, and lightspeed! Mesa thinks this is a great first issue, and mesa look forward to seeing where Jar Jar ends up going and doing next! Go pick up a copy of this thrilling story from your local comic shop today! Feb 11, 2026No one’s opinion about Jar Jar Binks is going to change after this comic; if you don’t like the character, you’re still not going to. But if you were ever on the fence, it’s a nice little nudge — I just wish we’d get to see more of what Jar Jar does next as he begins his own subtle resistance. Read Full Review

People love to hate on poor Jar Jar, and I get it, he was not a character adults expected to see when they sat down in that darken theater back in 1999. However my 5 year old son loved him … he was the right character for that age bracket and I never had a problem with him. What can I say, I enjoyed the story … I really liked this comic. Set between Episode II & III (probably closer to III) it finds Jar Jar teaming up with Best’s other Star Wars character - Jedi Master Beq (the guy who rescued Grogu from the Jedi temple). Beq shows Senator Binks some horrible working conditions o more

It's a simple story that feels like just a one shot to introduce someone. It's fine but its it's empty besides that. Good to see Jar Jar, but this isn't worth it.
