Vader's wrath knows no bounds as he hunts a pair of traitors that have infested the Emperor's pet project. The action is epic and the conversation that follows equally stellar. The visuals are stunning, with tension running high even during the final eight pages. There are two scream worthy moments in this issue that will have fans ecstatic. Darth Vader #20 continues the Crimson Reign storyline in grand fashion, showing Vader in action outside of the handful of films we saw him in. It's a fun story and issue that's a reminder of how great a villain Darth Vader can be when written correctly. Read Full Review

Sabe is closing in once again on Vader. She has come across a couple fellow Crimson Dawn sympathizers, however it seems she plans to use them to get to The Dark Lord of the Sith rather than enlist their loyalty. Read Full Review

The comic also sees the return of the former handmaiden Sab who has joined Crimson Dawn basically to fuck with Vader (she's the one who is responsible for the flawed list) and to keep better tabs on his movements. Still having questions about Vader's connection to Padm Amidala, Sab finds the birthing chamber and droid which reveals that Anakin Skywalker had a son and that Vader is hunting him. Awesome issue that is very well positioned in the current canon. I look forward to some more development between Vader and the world of Mustafar. I'm always interested in an appearance from Palpatine as well and this issue had a lot of him.
