    SciFiPulse - Patrick Hayes

Familiar faces are now placed in Vader's past as he is to make an example of them for the Emperor. The story is excellent, the iconic characters outstanding, and the visuals terrific. Again, Darth Vader continues to be one of the strongest Star Wars comics on the market. Seek this out! Read Full Review

Tons of Star Wars references and cameos, a huge cliffhanger, and a flashback that brings back Obi-Wan? If it wasn't mostly setup, I'd call it every Star Wars fans dream come true! Read Full Review

With lots of teases of what's to come, it's the small moments that delight me. Knowing that at this time events are playing out elsewhere, such as Ahsoka's storyline, this book covers a lot of different little bases. Read Full Review

This issue is a good jumping on point for new readers as Charles Soule has been deftly filling in the gap between the end of Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope. Read Full Review

Pak and Ienco are back on track to make this the epic, action-filled story of the dominant Vader which we should be seeing during this time. This crossover has been a boon, cleansing all our minds of the embarrassing weakness Vader was reduced to earlier in the series. Hopefully this is just the beginning of more great stories in which Vader shows why he is the greatest villain in fiction. Read Full Review

Comic Watch - John Edward Lee

The issue ends with a reveal of a new threat to Darth Vader, unbeknownst to him. As he continues pursuit of Han Solo, it is certain that Vader will come across a number of hunters, droids, criminals, and assassins as he tries to eliminate his son. But first he must find Crimson Dawn, who are currently in possession of the Rebel captain whom Vaders plans hinge upon. Read Full Review

A Darth Vader story with only a little Darth Vader. It's nothing outstanding, and if it's your first foray into this series, don't get discouraged. If Soule has proven anything, it's that he understands Vader and we can expect this arc to pick up next issue. Read Full Review

Man this comic keeps getting better and better. Lots of characters that we early love and most importantly RADDUS! We finally get Vader teaming up with one of his known allies and we are focusing on Mon Cala after the main Star Wars line just explored the planet as well. Plus, the book gets off to a really cool start.

Welcome to the Oblivion Bar where the first round is on me and the pretzels are free! Be warned: like the pickled eggs at the bar, this issue is going to get SPOILED rotten. We open with the Awesome scene where anakin gets destroyed by Obi Wan at the end of Ep. 3 however, it's Vader there with Obi Wan and Vader just crushes him! It was pretty sweet. Then, we find it's been three years now since the Empire began and Vader's mission is to go to the planet with all sea creatures ( in so sorry I don't remember the names but Jar Jar is from there). It appears they want to put them under more strict rule. And we end with a figure in a cloak on the planet that says Skywalker... Now the wrap around would be that Obi Wan is in fact the more
