Well that was more enjoyable than I feared.
This's a Bendis book, so that much of talking didn't disturbing me anymore. Even it's a pretty much too much ^^
I'm very teased by the cliffanger. Well done.
the only flaws is the cover, one book too early.
Their is also the sandman case ... One moment in, one moment out, but not entirely out.
I perfectly Bombshell one that point ^^
But I like the fact he can travel like he's shown in this book.
I didn't like the other foes, the one who look like Rhino. And the Rhino flashback was when ?
He look like the 616 Rhino but like I didn't read much this ongoing, I would love to have some information.
Cover : Nice but, not what I read inside, even if that lead it too it. 1/2
Writing : Nice Ben
dis work, with all his flaws, but for once for the better. 3/3
Arts : That's ok ... I would love a better art. 2/3
Feelings : Seems like I will be there next issue. Good Work. 2/2 more

There is a lot to like here. The art looks very sharp and has some really engaging layouts. There is some good but worded heavy dialog in the character interactions. The new Iron Spider seems interesting. There are some fun cameos including Armadillo who seems to be all over the place lately. There are also so many things to make this title a chore to read. It seems like we have an extremely slow burn to get to an interaction between the new Sinister Six and Spider-Man. This issue still teases the encounter but does not actually get there. There is also the lingering thread that Miles might not stay Spider-Man. Again he is trying to branch out and be his own hero. It seems like a plot point that is going nowhere at this point since his appe
arances in other titles hint nothing of the sort. The title feels like it is spinning its wheels and getting nowhere but hopefully we will start moving soon. more

A good book that moves at a Bendis Pace. 2 issues into the arc and no battle yet between the Sinister Six and Spider-Man. As always the Miles, Ganke banter is one of the best parts, but we could use a little more action. The ending does seem to lead to a big altercation in the next issue.

Eh. Not bad but not much going on.

The Iron Spider draws his Sinister Six closer to prime-time, Miles beats on the Armadillo with weird new powers, and the Bombshells angle toward a showdown. It's a mighty eventful script by Brian Michael Bendis's standards, but it also features lots of indulgent examples of his cutesiest "let's all talk over each other in tiny sentence fragments, that's *super* realistic" dialogue. Oscar Bazaldua's art is dropping some points, too. He's excellent with layouts and high-tech stuff, but the lack of detail he provides on human characters is rough. The issue ends up slightly above average for me thanks to the novelty of the story being told, but the style of the telling leaves so much room for improvement.

New powers don't make up for bland writing.

This is, by all standards, a disappointing comic. To call the new Sinister Six underwhelming would be an understatement--the jokey nature of this crew paints them as, well...a lame bunch of b-listers. Too much of this issue is their (boring) scheming. But nothing much happens after we switch to see Miles' goings on, either. This seems to be Bendis phoning it in--I have really liked his work, but this issue just tastes stale. Also, enough with the terrible Patrick Brown covers...they are beyond gaudy.
