Even when it seems like Scarlet Witch wins Agatha does something to turn the tables. It builds a strong investment in not just this story arc but also the long-term future of this series. Read Full Review

Sorcerer Supreme #2 is a fantastic continuation of Wanda's journey. It's a story about the cost of power and the messy reality of breaking from tradition. If you like your superhero comics with a heavy dose of occult family drama and stunning visuals, this is a must-read. The "Scarlet Witch Trials are coming, and if this issue is any indication, no one is safe. Read Full Review

Orlando builds on the momentum of the first issue with great action and thrills in this issue. I love the dynamic between Wanda and Agatha and their dialogue is fantastic. I really love Wanda’s personality in this series and there is a sense that she knows more than what she lets on to the ones who stand against her. Read Full Review

I enjoyed the pacing of this issue; it was fast but not thoughtless, and Orlando managed to make a 20-page battle sequence feel focused. Sometimes, battle issues can almost feel like filler, but this issue felt like it had real momentum that perfectly led to a terrifying cliffhanger. Chang's art is dynamic and expressive, while Richmond's coloring adds depth and magic to each page. I am very excited for where this series goes, and I truly cannot wait for a guest appearance by the iconic Maddie Pryor in the next issue! Read Full Review

A visually striking book, filled with humor, and breakneck storytelling, mixed with loads of character development, and its delivered exquisitely. Orlando and Chang really found that creative sweet spot, and theyre delivering one heck of a book. Any fans of character driven comics, with a focus on the magical and fantastical should definitely pick up this book. Read Full Review
