Savage Sword of Conan #12

Overall, if Tieri is to continue writing this series, my hope is that his writing style of the Cimmerian will evolve and become more accurate to the stories and characterizations that have developed over the years. Frank Tieri doesn't write Conan quite as well as the others have. It's not a huge dip in quality, just a slight one, but there's a dip nonetheless. The art was great here, at least, and I didn't have any trouble getting through this issue. I won't really miss Savage Sword, as it was an anthology book, but I will say it was a fun series.
