Bruno's ancestor is along for the ride as well, and the whole thing is beautifully written, beautifully drawn, and comes together as one of the most lovely issues of comics this year. Read Full Review

Though a one-shot medieval flashback is a complete left-field surprise for Ms. Marvel, it's hardly an unwelcome one. Tremendous storytelling talent and a consistent theme count for a great deal. This little essay on romance - in both the "high adventure" and "lovey-dovey" senses - is unexpected but undeniably delightful. Read Full Review

This whole issue is some deep stuff wrapped in lighthearted banter. Kamala and Bruno are still smack dab in the middle of awkward romantic realness and their ancestors seem to be just as snarky, sarcastic and wonderful. Here's to the past, the present, and the future issue that will tell us more about the whole timeline! Read Full Review

A potentially-romantic evening for Bruno and Kamala segues into an unlikely but endearing flashback to the meeting of Kamala's human and Inhuman ancestors in medieval Persia. It's undoubtedly odd, but strong storytelling commitment makes it compelling. You might think it's a last-minute digression before the end of the volume, but it's tied to the current status quo with impeccable logic.

I really hoped to see a good issue of Ms.Marvel. I didn't really like the previous arc. And for the start and the end their is some good. I really like Kamala & Bruno relation, but I miss all the rest of the supporting cast. It's sad to say but they tend to make Ms.Marvel more interesting. Between the start and the end we have a boring story in the past. Or in Bruno or Kamala imagination. The fact they use Bruno, Kamala & Zoe aren't even funny (They even't change Zoe name ... That's bad !) But at least the skull was funny .. For two second. So this issue could have been a one shot, but it's a transitional one. And not a very good one. That didn't give me the need for more. I know that Wilson have to work on wonder woman now, but it's more
