Miles has to somehow survive an academic probation hearing, and protect his school from the Green Goblin and his minions. Miles secret identity as Spider-Man and his future at Brooklyn Horizons are simultaneously at stake. I quite enjoyed this issue, but I am starting to get impatient with the overall story progression. The art is excellent, and so is the dialogue, and I can easily recommend it to Spider-Man fans and those who love Miles especially. Read Full Review

The battle against Ultimatum is certainly taking its toll on Miles. While I like the smaller, more personal character moments, I feel like the pacing of the main plot could speed up a bit. Ahmed is slowly working through the Ultimatum arc and one could get a bit anxious waiting to see more of it unfold. However, the writing is thankfully good enough that it doesn't hold back any issue too much and there's plenty to enjoy. Read Full Review

Garron goes out with a bang! Literally. Tremendous art on this run by him, and Ahmed continues to be a natural fit for this character.

Prelude: While Miles Morales has been good recently, it did fall quite a bit last issue. Let's see if that improves or not here. The Good: I like how Miles' secret was handled. Looking closer at Brooklyn Visions is always great. Garron's art is pretty great. The Bad: Goblin sounds off. Conclusion: While Goblin sounds off, it's quite a nice issue dealing closer to home for Miles which I like.

Miles defeats the Green Goblin again, but Brooklyn Visions gets trashed in the process. It's an action-heavy climax, and the combat looks mighty good. The words aren't particularly memorable, but they don't commit any real errors. This is a perfectly satisfying finale.

It was mainly an action issue. Im curious as to what will happen down the line now that the principal knows whats up. Just wish they would get more to the secrets of the green goblin, the flashbacks and ultimatum already.
