Three issues in, Marvel Zombie: Black, White & Blood still hasn't proven the need for more Marvel Zombies content. But once again it still manages to knock the reader off their feet with at least one excellent zombified short story. Read Full Review

The good news is, Peach Momoko has a charming and novel (particularly to Western readers) take on the zombie story. The bad news is, the other two strips that are tagging along are ROUGH. Each has a potentially-sound premise, but the storytelling used to develop them leaves MUCH to be desired.

Oh, I didn't expect it to suddenly be that bad... The only good thing about it is the art of Peach Momoko. But I didn't like any of the stories at all. They are either nonsensical or there's not enough actual story to get really interested. The last Cage story felt like something potentially okay, but it was too short and it felt like there should be something more to it... I don't know, it's just bad. The first story isn't even Marvel, just some weird zombie tale... What the hell that just was? I understand, that Peach is Japanese, so obviously she wouldn't waste a chance to write some Japanese mythos-like story, but how is that Marvel? Also the art of the second story was awful. I mean, some pages were nice, but others felt like so more
