Oct 07, 2018It's been a long, strange trip with Ben and Johnny since Ben decided to take Johnny "on the road" across universes to buck up his morale after the apparent loss of Sue and Reed. Marvel 2-in-One has so far shown us some really good comic books in the Fantastic Four tradition, especially in the opening story that concluded with the showdown with the Galactus-powered Dr. Doom. Flickering Myth - Allen Christian
Sep 27, 2018This is the kind of book that if you'd have handed it to me without the context of the previous issues, I'd have probably thrown it away before finishing it. I'm very busy, please don't bother me with this nonsense. As serialized as modern comics are, most comics readers wouldn't see a problem here. Personally, I think that in a world where I can go grab a Blu-ray copy of Vanilla Sky out of the bargain bin for $5, $4 should buy me something I can enjoy on its own merits, even if it is just part of a larger story. In context, this is yet another phenomenal installment in Zdarsky's ongoing saga of Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm. Read Full Review
