BULLSEYE ON THE KING!
"Killmonger" is more than a chosen name. Erik learned the art of murder as a mere child, trained in mercilessness by Ulysses Klaw himself. But next to Bullseye - the Kingpin's right-hand killer, the plague of Daredevil, the deadliest assassin in New York City - Killmonger is a lamb up for slaughter.

I still give Bryan Hill and Juan Ferreyra full credit for getting me interested in Killmonger, but I wasnt as fired up at the end of this issue as I was after #2. Hill slows things down a bit to set us up for the last two issues so I understand why, but I just hope he comes out of the gate hard next issue and gets me fired up again! Yea, I am selfish and it is all about me! Read Full Review

Bottom Line: I wish "a better book than the bad one before it" equated to a good book, but alas…even with the slight improvements, Killmonger still misses the mark. It's hard to appreciate such a talented artist when he's hindered by such a restrictive, dull script that seems hell bent on highlighting the most contrived aspects of such a good character.
