A fun geek-out issue with exciting action layouts and cool villain designs. Also some new insight on Riri's past and present "condition". Would have been a 10 but this certain family connection has been done a hundred times before.

It's nothing that will change the world, but this is fun and satisfying superhero drama and a properly exciting penultimate issue.

This was actually a well-written, fast paced issue that successfully made a large twist-pill easy to swallow.
