Fearless #1 is an excellent package that shows off some of Marvel's best established and up-and-coming talents. Anyone looking for the future of comics should look here. Read Full Review

You Don't Read Comics - Russ Bickerstaff

The issue is appended with some of the women involved in the book. Its an appealing package that would work exceedingly well as an ongoing series. The Marvel Universe is populated by fascinating women who would be all kinds of fun in little bite-sized narratives placed together in a single issue like this. Read Full Review

Pick this one up for three interesting stories, all different from one another, but great in their own right. Fearless is fun and inspiring. Read Full Review

I am shocked that I liked this! Thought it would have been forced girl power and how awful men are. First story was pretty good except for one part with bad dialogue and another with bad art. First story has me hooked on. The second story, would advise anyone to skip it because felt like it was oddly placed in this book. The third story, quick but such a tease that can't wait to see what Kelly has in store! Would I recommend this? Oh yes I would! Read Full Review

"Fearless" #1 does not deliver on the humor or female empowerment we might expect from a story centered around notable heroes like Captain Marvel. Instead, the story is dull and somewhat relies on female stereotypes for laughs. Read Full Review

A: There's a flicker of interest here, but having three protagonists burns a lot of momentum while they're all still separated. B: It'd work better as an installment of an ongoing Millie series, but it doesn't make a compelling case for starting one up. C: Just a single gag; thank goodness it's a great one.

Anthologies are always hard. The first story was okay, I didn't care for some of the art and a bit of the dialogue felt a little off. But overall, it held my attention and I do want to know what happens next. The second story felt really pointless. Like a fluff piece. I assume it's because the idea behind this book is empowerment and women... being confident, I guess. This story does that really well... It's just not that interesting. Who would've guessed a Millie the Model story would be boring? The final, criminally short, story was actually my favorite by far. It's like a nice little epilogue to Kelly Thompson's Jessica Jones and I just wish we got a third arc of that series instead of this quick story.

First was okay, second was so boring I want to die, third was the best one and way too short.
