Fantastic Four #11

All in all Fantastic Four #11 was a fun comic. We get to see what these guys are up too while deepening the mystery of what's going on. I like to see how all this and all the some of things from classic stories connect with each other. There's some minor problems, but FANTASTIC FOUR #11 is a huge hit. Robinson and Kirk provide the readers with a really fun story that builds on each individual story incredibly well. This book chugs along, month after month, like a well-oiled machine. It's engaging and gripping for new and old readers alike. I love the fact that Robinson continues to dip into the FF well to pull out some old favorites as well. As for the ending, it's brilliantly executed. In light of the recent announcement that the series will be ending, "Fantastic Four" #11 serves up a wonderful example of how a comic can be so very good despite all of the negative events that occur in it. If Robinson truly is ushering out this era of Marvel's first family, he is doing so in a most remarkably memorable fashion. These are challenges that the Fantastic Four has never faced before, but Robinson makes it all work so well. The Bottom Line: There's some significant movement in what the characters are going through and what the ultimate plot may be, even though in the latter case we still have more questions than answers. It's a team book, so juggling the development of some (Reed, Sue, Wyatt) means leaving others back-burnered or absent (Ben, Johnny, the kids), much in the same way the art gets to be wonderfully dynamic sometimes (Ben, Wyatt) and dialogue-heavy (pretty much everywhere else.) Getting stronger with each issue. Surprising, I like the Jen and Wyatt plot the most. Loved the cameo at the end again as well
