    Dungeons of Doom was a solid tie-in to bridge the gap between the One World Under Doom series and the upcoming Armageddon series. The creative team on this series fires on all cylinders from beginning to end. The art fit the narrative so perfectly, and I still love the chapter format for this series.     Dungeons of Doom #3 finishes as strong as it started, and looks grosser and more violent than ever thanks to a large art team that nailed their individual assignments. Johnson and Percy played to their strengths and brought about a pretty satisfying conclusion to a book that was pretty clearly more about the journey, and even managed to lay some hints about what to expect from their work in the future.     Plot
    Doctor Doom's dungeons in Latveria have been breached by four distinct groups, each with their own ambitions and all mutual enemies. Each group entered through a different path, as the entrance had been sealed. This installment narrates, in four separate chapters, what each of these groups is discovering:

    CHAPTER I: US soldiers continue to be infected with a device that spreads a virus called The Whisper, transmitted as a melody. This causes people to explode and continue infecting others, but General Ross/Red Hulk stops the last infected person before they explode and takes the device with him, wiping out his entire army.
