    Kabooooom - Matt Morrison

The first story arc on this series is over and it ends as amazingly as the story which preceded it. I never thought I could really care about a character like Domino (90s gun-bunny heroines leave me cold) but Simone has crafted a cunning take that won me over. Read Full Review

Baldeon continues to deliver some beautiful, fun and kinetic art full of rich details, great action and composition. I read through the issue multiple times to take in the richness of the art and how it flows across panels. Can't wait for what's next. Read Full Review

DOMINO #6 is a phenomenal ending to an amazing arc, one that caps Domino's journey of self-exploration in a touching, heartwarming manner. Read Full Review

You Don't Read Comics - Kellie Keener

While the story is dialogue heavy, the pacing is fast enough to stay engaging. This issue was the most well put together of the arc, a satisfying conclusion, while also leaving enough open for continuing adventures. Domino has a solid creative team, and has gotten off to a good start as an interesting and entertaining comic. Hopefully, this lucky streak continues. Read Full Review

Simone has a lot of good ideas for her Domino comic, but she's also got a lot of unnecessary, half-baked ideas too, and they're cluttering up an otherwise solid comic. Read Full Review

Solid ending for the first arc and managed to get me curious to see what happens next with Domino.

Domino closes her Topaz story in a way that manages to be both dark and uplifting. I think the script is at its weakest with the supporting cast; the Domino-centric parts are perfect. The art has a taste for the grotesque but it's impeccably polished. This issue had plenty of nits to pick, but the overall storytelling craft is very strong.

Haven't been much of a fan of this book. Still hate how desperate Domino appears around men, and the Disney Princess line... get me a barf bag, buuuuut I am willing to forgive that crap this one time because it actually ended in a pretty satisfactory way.

the art is really throwing me. horribly ugly, yet somehow nice? I think maybe it's the coloring that I like. just guessing. still overall not liking the art. and the story? meh. confusing and just not well done. I have to say, while Gail Simone's Batgirl was on track to become my favorite super-hero EVER before she left the book... nothing else that I've ever read from Simone has hit the spot for me. I want to think she's great because of how great her BG run was, but... so far, not working out for me. from a base of 6, this gets a rating of: 4. -1 because: the art was distractingly bad. -1 because: it was confusing.
