    This is cool and in a way it's really close to what remender did with his run about the nature of the american dream, obviously here is way more contained, but it's also quite clear, it may come as overly poetic so much so that it seems surreal, but that's expected from Nocenti. Captain America is affected by some stuff happening in his book at the time(go read Street of Poison, it is worth it), but Noccenti uses his different mental state to highlight the disappointment in how far America has fallen and how other countries do what America used to do better. But what the thing, the former soviet republics are fighting for their freedom, but as Daredevil said, the countries are not the ones fighting, it's the individuals and that's what give more
