(Cover Date: July, 1988) Summary: After meeting on the street, Matt tries to apologize to Mary for the way he acted before (last issue). Matt tells Foggy that he is unknowingly working for the Kingpin, much to Glori's disdain. Typhoid Mary tries to bribe a female juror in the Kelco case. Informed by Eightball, DD comes to the woman's apartment but is confronted by Typhoid Mary. DD leads her into the sewer system to gain an advantage. When DD rejects her, she tries to kill him, but stops when her Mary personality asserts itself, & she runs away. DD returns to the juror's apartment to talk to her.
