I really enjoy Bob Quinn's art in this issue. I love the way the characters are drawn and the action looks great. Quinn does some great work with facial expressions in this issue and US Agent's rage and anger come through in his fight with Steve Rogers. Read Full Review

Im beginning to wonder how well Coates actually knows Cap. This issue is full of odd ideas and overreactions, and we still dont know much about the power elite, but its becoming a mystery Im rapidly losing interest in. This issue strikes an excellent balance between Steve hunting Scourge and Kingpin learning how badly the Power Elite has screwed him. Forward plot motion is great, the character voices are acceptable, and this flat (in a good, Ottley-esque way) art style suits the pace & content perfectly. It's a pity the artist carousel will spin around to some less-palatable style soon enough!

US Agent scene went from cheesy to the best part of this issue. Still not great...Im a huge Cap fan so the way Coates doesnt give a shit is pissing me off.

Another miss by the writer. The entire run sounds how someone thinks older white guys think, but whiffs badly because this is not just random old white dude, it's Captain America. Art is childish too.
