This issue is a sojourn for Vision and gives him a number of personal encounters that help remind readers who this character is while also offering clues about what he may yet become. Surprisingly more character-driven than one might expect from a comic starring a synthezoid, Bendis and Peterson have concocted a near-perfect Vision story. In all future "Avengers" point one stories, I'd like issues just like this one that further the relationships touched on in this installment. The art in this issue left me scratching my head as it felt like it was trying to accomplish two different things when there was only one story being told. It's a good issue to pick up if you haven't read the Avengers in a while or you want to know where things stand before Avengers vs. X-Men begins. Read Full Review

A great return for Vision with amazing art. This issue really reminded me of the golden era of Avengers comics: the Roy Thomas, Englehart, and Roger Stern stuff. Avengers 24.1 has ties to Avengers Disassembled and House of M by still being a prelude to Avengers vs X-Men
