Weird Science Marvel Comics - Jim Werner
Oct 23, 2019Jason Aaron lets Robbie Reyes have his moment to shinewith a big assist from his friends. Everything looks great thanks to Stefano Caselli and the entire art team and if you are a Robbie Reyes fan, you might even get some feels by the end as well. It looks like its off to Caveman Stark next issue so enjoy this while you can. I know I did. Read Full Review

Oct 23, 2019The ending mostly sticks the landing, but some characters felt off and sometimes unnecessary to the overall story. Great moments and growth for Robbie Reyes as a Ghost Rider and an Avenger. Read Full Review

Black Nerd Problems - Brandon Lawrence
Oct 27, 2019Stefano gets the MVP in this book for these stunning action shots, or rather he shares it with the colorists. This might be the last Avenger comic in a while dominated by the orange and black of a hellscape. This was a comic I had to read fast to simulate the pacing of the book. I ended up reading it fast like, three times but it was worth it. The timing of the panels was absolutely clutch. One member of the Avengers has been noticeably absent this whole arc and it seems they are the center of the next one. Who's ready for caveman Tony Stark? Read Full Review

Comic Watch - Matt Meyer
Oct 28, 2019As "Challenge of the Ghost Riders" concludes, readers are forced to ask: What happened here? What was the point? What changed? And unfortunately, Jason Aaron has no answers for them. An alarmingly weak comic from a writer very, very clearly amusing himself - and no one else - all the way to the bank. Read Full Review

For the first time, I thoroughly enjoyed an issue of this arc. My boy Stefano Caselli drew the many Ghost Riders of this issue wonderfully, and Aaron finally made the Ghost Riders interesting. I'm incredibly excited to find out what's up with Tony and why he's in the past, too. A true return to form

Decent ending, although not as compelling as the rest of the story.

Good enough wrap up with no real meat to chew on. I guess you gotta leave some for the Ghost Rider book. I enjoyed Aaron's Avengers so far but this is weak stuff although it does look great with Caselli's art.

I dig the art and the story. But felt like Cosmic Ghost Rider was a very weak part of this story. But now I hope this is a turning point for Robbie and we can finally see him shine. Maybe they need to lose a member or two for everyone to shine.

Besides actually getting me interested in Robbie Reyes this issue wrapped things up in an issue, thats not bad but not really great, much like this run in general. The art was solid and it had some good moments but, could be better.
