  Responding to the Avengers Emergency Signal, She-Hulk, Tigra, Starfox, Wasp & Shroud pass through Dr. Strange's barrier into Jessica Drew's hospital room. Dr. Strange is using his magic to hold Spider-Woman's astral form together, otherwise, her body will become mindless. Morgan Le Fey shows herself to them from the astral plane. She tells them of her plan to take over Jessica's body when her astral form has faded away. She attacks the group with hazards from the astral plane. Dr. Strange sends Scarlet Witch, She-Hulk, Starfox & Shroud to the astral plane to engage her there. After Cap returns back to Avengers Mansion, a powerful surge occurs in the monitor systems that the spectral Vision cannot account for. Morgan creates a giant b ody for herself out of the substance of the astral plane to fight her attackers. Dr. Strange uses the Eye of Agamotto to send Jessica's astral form to Magnus in the astral plane. Magnus tells her of his history with Morgan. He then sacrifices the last of his magic & his own self to send Jessica back to her physical body. With Morgan's hold on Jessica now broken, the group in the astral plane, along with Strange, are able to defeat her & leave. Jessica is alive & well & is sitting up in her hospital bed. However, Henry tells her that her Spider-Woman powers are now gone due to her ordeal. (Cover date: March, 1984) more
