Amazing Spider-Man #7 is a fun read that shows how to do mid-arc issues right. Slott, Buffagni and Gracia deliver an entertaining chapter in what has been a very solid series thus far. Read Full Review

This arc moves forward at a break neck pace and hopefully manages to keep this momentum for long as it goes. Slott's style means that there will undoubtedly be some loose ends from this arc, but the introduction of Regent in this issue suggests it won't be long before Spider-Man figures out a way to defeat this villain of the month. Matteo Buffagni's style doesn't impress quite on the level of Giuseppe Camuncoli's, but there's a clear energy to his storytelling as he renders the violent clashes between Spidey and the brainwashed Cloak and Dagger. Read Full Review

There wasn't a truly huge moment this issue, but the development of the story, Peter as a CEO, and the actions that Parker's employees are being forced to resort to still makes this a strong issue and an enjoyable read. Read Full Review

Slott's textured storyline and Buffagni's execution of it make "Amazing Spider-Man" #7 a typical example of how strong this series has been to date, while its twists make it stand apart from the issues that preceded it. The Villain

Another meh issue. I'm not really into Mister Negative as a villain and the Parker Industries story is starting to get a little tiresome. I'm ready for them to move on here.
