    Imagine Game of Thrones (the show, as I haven't read the novels) but with a tighter cast, more magic, an infinite budget, and a writer who is producing quality work every month. That's Umbral and that's only one of the reasons you should be reading it. Read Full Review

    Umbral has certainly upped its game, as though it's always been an amazing series, this second arc has certainly been something worth following. This is no different here, with both the events, and final development bound to leave you wanting more. Highly recommended. Read Full Review

    While I read this with only issue #1 as a history, I wouldn't recommend this as your entry point. Go buy the initial trade, it comes very highly recommended by the writers here. But, as an individual issue, #10 was a good comic. If you like fantasy and want something new, pick this comic up. Read Full Review

    Altogether, the issue is a welcome sign of things to come. After the initial coup in the first issue, the Umbral haven't made another real power play -- until now. I'm excited to see what will happen with the Mistwalker loosed, and Shayim and Munty back in the picture. Read Full Review
