Jul 27, 2017If you havent read issue 1 I highly suggest it because its hilariously brilliant. This issue falls right in line with that brilliance. If you want to see action and insane bear fights this series is for you. The story is ridiculous and absurd but in the best way. If you want to see THE manliest bad ass in comics right now you need to be reading Shirtless Bearfighter. Rating: 9/10 Stars. Read Full Review

Jul 27, 2017If you're an Axe Cop fan and you've been searching for another comic that can replicate that book's zany, free association approach to storytelling, look no further than Shirtless Bear-Fighter. This book is goofy and dumb in all the right ways. Read Full Review

Jul 26, 2017Listen, Shirtless Bear-Fighter isn't going to be for everybody. Some of you will hate it because it's "stupid" and doesn't take itself seriously enough. While others will think the same things but come out with a different outcome. I liked the book a lot. I like things that are fun and light and funny and weird and stupid. I like dumbass action movies with ridiculous main characters and complex storylines and character interactions. Again, though, I feel I need to say that this book isn't reinventing any wheels or anything like that. It's just a fun book and I think if you give it a chance and just breathe you'll see that too. Jun 26, 2017The writing is inconsistent in its amount of endearing silliness, but what strong humor is present (along with good work by the art team) make this a decent issue. Read Full Review

Easily the funniest comic on the stands right now, there's a laugh on every page. The art and plot are good too. Don't miss out on creepy Hillbilly Warlock tits.

Not quite as hilarious as the first issue, but it's still a fantastic, funny, second issue featuring an outrageous 1st appearance. Do yourself a favor and pick this up when it releases. If you haven't read issue 1 yet, you're missing out on comedy gold.

While not quite as good as the first issue. The second chapter of Shirtless Bear Fighter gives us some glimpses into what exactly is causing the bears to attack and gives us plenty more mystery to keep us intrigued. This is a very quick read with some great action sequences a few moments that had me giggling (Chicago and San Fran specifically) (no full on laughter like issue #1). The art is simple and works really well with the story being told. Super excited to see where this comic is going! If you're a fan of crazy over the top silliness and great action. Make sure to pick this comic up!
