Jul 30, 2015I decide to skip my previous criticisms since there are still the same as the previous reviews I often cited, but at least, the names of the characters are a bit "futuristic" to say the least, though the linguistic structure is still in the 21st century at best. Yet, Invisible Republic #5 and the series itself demand our attention. This is almost akin a textbook of future warning of humanity's follies. Reading Invisible Republic is almost similar of the warnings of prophets and historians alike: Learn our mistakes to prevent tragedies all over again. Superb reading! Read Full Review

Jul 31, 2015"Invisible Republic" #5 has a dynamite ending bombshell and I can't wait to see what the second arc has in store for us.This series has been a great politically charged story with lots of world building, fabulous artwork and great character development. Flickering Myth - Zeb Larson
Jul 31, 2015As the new characters come in and Arthur begins to take shape as a demagogue, Invisible Republic is finally feeling real. The story of Maidstone and the rise of the Malory regime feel like pieces of our own history reassembled to tell a familiar story, but one with its own unique elements and tragedies. The geopolitical context is in place, there's a cast of characters to follow, and there's a reason to invest in those characters. I'm more excited for this series than I have been in a while, and I'm looking forward to the second arc. Read Full Review
