You Don't Read Comics - Russ Bickerstaff

And then there’s the fact that the CDC seems really close to handling the epidemic. And if the cats and dogs get away, it’s going to be really, really difficult to finish up the work they need to do in curing everyone. On some level, the whole series ends-up making a statement about the cultural backlash against vaccines that threatens to cause a major outbreak. There’s a fundamental lack of communication that threatens a major outbreak of something lethal. Your heart goes out to the animals. If only there was better communication between the animals and the humans. Read Full Review

The troubles at the CDC hit new levels as all roads come together in a solid set-up chapter. Fleecs orchestrates events with a heavy sense of fear involved. Forstner and the team show the wide range of reactions as hope slips away. Expect nothing but fireworks coming out of the meetings of Cats and Dogs! Read Full Review

I didn’t mind the split issue format this time because I know that we’re finally going to get all our characters together for issue 25.

    !!!!! Minor spoilers ahead…..

We were really left hanging this time. We see that Elsie and Chloe are both alright (FOR NOW) but only one of them that was injected last issue has a natural immunity to the LV-9 virus. So one of them could turn into “Bad Kind” at any moment.

I’m a bit worried about the story with the dogs. Are they mistaking this man as the serial killer from their original mini-series? Or is this guy another killer? I guess the not knowing builds suspense?

Either way, all answers will be revealed in issue 25 next month.
Very much looking forward to more
