Bounding Into Comics - Jared Leatzow
Jul 14, 2016Black Science #22 is another solid issue by Rick Remender and Matteo Scalera. We get to see some great character building, and we pick up with what Pia has been doing for the last three years while Grant was in the Godworld. Artwise the book looks great and the mixture of sci-fi and fantasy is definitely a bonus. Black Science #22 is a must own for any fan of the series. Read Full Review

Flickering Myth - Zeb Larson
Jul 06, 2016Of course, the challenge that has been supplied in fixing the peace could be the ticket to Grant's redemption, though that presupposes that Remender would be kind enough to allow Grant to enjoy that redemption. I can't help but feel that there won't be a happy ending here, and while Grant may be right about the difference between being loved and being in love, there's no evidence necessarily that that's true for Pia. Maybe the lesson is about learning to walk away from somebody when everything you do just ends up hurting them. Read Full Review

Black Nerd Problems - William Evans
Jul 04, 2016Black Science is back from its hiatus with a good, if somewhat uneven start, to the new arc following "Godworld." It feels good for this book to be back on the stands (and personally, for me to be reviewing it). Read Full Review
