  But I think what the most powerful thing is about these comics are the testimonials in the back. The endless amount of pictures of tattoos with the Non Compliant symbol, the pictures of marches people went on, interviews and the many stories. That is what makes this series one of a kind. A testimonial of our times. That being said it is not a series just for women, in the pictures you will also see men proudly displaying their support for the Non Compliant movement. Read Full Review

  Black Nerd Problems - Carrie McClain

  This was already a brilliant issue, but the ending was a nicely tied bow on top of it all. De Landro's art style never feels forced to be something it's not — it's stark and gritty in a sense: perfect for this book and explosive when it needs to be, especially in the last pages. The timing of the action and the pop of color, of red in different places in the different panels are visually stunning. This issue stuns. This issue of Bitch Planet drops some bombs. This issue of Bitch Planet rights the ship in the right direction. I needed to read this comic book. I'm glad the creative team did the damn thing and pushed this shit out. Read Full Review

  From the extended delay between issues to its increasingly complex narrative, Bitch Planet is not an easy book to pick up on the fly.
