BIG GAME #2 puts the BIG in BIG GAME when Dr. Crane and the Chrononauts visit 1986 to confirm superheroes existed, suffering massive consequences for their curiosity. Pepe Larrazs art is spectacular, and Millars script is as BIG as it gets. Read Full Review

I dont know if I have ever read a second issue of an event that was this bleak. Like there is no 'oh they are down and they can overcome this'. This is just the bad guys winning without any real push back as the good guys had no idea what they are up against. I geuniunly dont know how the good guys (those who are left), are going to fight back as most of the strongest ones are dusted by now. This event is either going to be amazing or blow up in the next few issues. Knowing what effort Mark put into this from listening to his interviews, though my expectations are high.

It's a good one and gets my attention in good and bad. I hope Millar can make it work without having used shock for shock only instead of building on it. Larraz's art is phenomenal and worth the price of admission. Props to Giovanna Niro for the great colors.

This issue is good just on shock value. I only read the first issue of Ambassadors, so I wasn't too connected to those characters, but I knew how built up they were. Damn, did they go down quickly. The chrononauts after discovering that time had been altered got obliterated. Looks like the bad guys are winning this one.
