Writing this review on the day Harold Ramis passed away feels odd. Knowing Egon is no longer with us is depressing but what a legacy he has left, part of which are the Ghostbusters comics which IDW puts out and long may they continue to do so. I don't know about you but I'm off to straighten my slinky. Read Full Review

I have to hand it to Erik Burnham, he totally knows how to blindside the reader. This seemed like a soft open to what is looking to be a potent storyline, but then he brings the rain. He knew exactly how to manipulate the audience, in a good way"brilliant pacing and writing! Read Full Review

Ghostbusters is yet another solid IDW comic book based on a well-loved property, adding to the mythos while still respecting the source material and the fans. Mass Hysteria calls back to the well-known events of the film and the plotting gives the unfamiliar faces a chance to be introduced while still moving the story forward. This is a great jumping on point and, I suspect, this series is closest thing we'll get to new Ghostbusters stories in a long time. May Egon live on in our hearts, our memories, and the comic book page. Read Full Review
