Campbell skillfully captures the anxieties and vulnerabilities of Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael, reminding us of their humanity amidst the chaos. The artwork by Gavin Smith continues to impress, seamlessly transitioning between the grounded moments and the chilling horror elements. I am looking forward to learning the origins of this malevolent force controlling Leatherhead, and whether or not the Turtles will be able to survive as a cohesive family unit. Read Full Review

While it misses out on effectively continuing the setup of last issues cliffhanger, Teenage Mutant NinjaTurtles #141is still a solid issue in it's own right, effectively moving the story forward while shining a more specific light on the Turtles growing divide. Read Full Review

Wow this new direction is setting the stage for so many unique stories to come. So much to like here with the feel of a crime comic then adding in Barlow into the mix for some horror elements. I also love to see Mikey getting to bug to explore beyond the city and makes total sense for his personality. I wasn’t sure about this new direction last issue but now I’m sold and can’t wait for more.
