You Don't Read Comics - Russ Bickerstaff
Aug 14, 2024Given enough time, Priest could really be developing something phenomenal here and it would be very, very cool. Seen on an issue-to-issue level, its almost completely unintelligible but for the intensity of what is indelibly real for the people going through it in and within the scenes. Priest and company of a good job of selling that much, though...which makes it well worth the rad. Its challenging stuff...but its still kind of difficult to tell whether or not Priests story will be worth the challenge. Read Full Review

Aug 16, 2024VAMPIRELLA (VOL. 6) #671 starts a new arc with the same old mess of convoluted, nonsensical, out-of-order nonsense from Christopher Priest. The plot, if you can call it that, will make no sense to new readers, and longtime readers will be quickly frustrated by Priest's overreliance on multiverse-hopping confusion.
