Project Superpowers #2 wasted little time at all setting the stakes for the new threat unfolding, properly introducing our heroes, and the villain as well. A good, old-fashioned team book. Getting more used to the art and realized that I don't like the shiny color style, but I prefer flatter colors--and that is no criticism of the artists here, just a matter of personal taste. Overall, it's a cool series so far.
