This issue was an improvement. We finally get forward motion but I still believe that we have too many scenes going on at the same time and I am hoping that these story lines will start to merge soon. Read Full Review

DC Comics News - Steven Brown

Titans Hunt #5 is very enjoyable read. It provides a good layer of action, great interactions between the team, and we see Nightwing back in uniform finally! The story line as a whole has picked up from issue #3 and I'm eager to see exactly what happens with the Titans next. Right now everyone is moving to the tune of Mr. Twister-and they just don't know it-great read! Read Full Review

I was expecting a better way to explain the plot issue here; Yes, we got answers, but it was explained so many times that it lost the value of what they were trying to give us. Either way, now that we have a small reunion, we get to see all of our characters interact with each other to find out Mr. Twister's evil plan. Read Full Review

Even though we finally get some answers in this issue about what our time frame looks like for our heroes and when they were supposed to be the Titans that time forgot, the explanation just seems to be thrown out there without any real thought behind it and just ends up contradicting events of The New 52 and even stories from as little as last year.  On top of that, we've got our normal slow burn storytelling that is beginning to feel tiresome due to the series almost being over, but at least the art is spot on and makes these characters look great.  Read Full Review
