Jan 18, 2019This was a solid opening issue to what looks to be an interesting and different arc. The writing and references were at their best, and the art supported it exceptionally well. This arc feels like a good jumping on point for new readers, as it does take you through everything you need to know as the story progresses, so if you were ever indecisive about whether or not to pick up this series, do it now! Who would have thought it would come in the world that I hated just 9 issues ago. Read Full Review

Jan 16, 2019Bruno Redondo's art is excellent, but it's all largely in service of some pretty generic fantasy tropes. Still, visually this is probably the most engaging issue of the series. Read Full Review

Feb 13, 2019Such a shame. Read Teen Titans. Pick up Young Justice. But unless you are a completist, and already reading it, best to give this a pass. Read Full Review
